Return & Refund Policy
Due to the nature of the products we sell, all sales are final once they are shipped out.
Refund or Replacement in the event of missing items in the order
If you receive an order with missing product(s), please email us at info@lailaiscards.ca. To initiate the process please follow the steps below:

Include in the email's subject line: "ORDER #[INSERT NUMBER] ISSUE(S)"

Upon verification, we'll provide one of the following options: (1) Refund of the amount paid for the missing product(s) or (2) Ship out the missing product order.
Refund or reshipping order in the event of an incorrect address
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure their shipping address is correct before placing their order. Incorrect addresses may result in delayed delivery or returned packages (to sender, LaiLai's Cards). It is the customer's responsibility to correct the address with the shipping courier if no notice was given to LaiLai's Cards to correct the address, before shipping the order.
If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you can choose one of the following options: (1) refund of the order or (2) re-shipping of the order for the shipping fee applicable to the shipping address province.
Return and/or Refund or Replacement in the event of order damages, loss, or theft
All orders shipped out from LaiLai's Cards come with complimentary insurance. If your order was lost, stolen or damaged, please email us at info@lailaiscards.ca. To initiate the process please follow the steps below:

Processing times are subject to the insurance claim process of 3 to 11 business days. However, processing times are extended to 12 to 25 business days during peak sales months: June, July, November, and December. For more details, please refer to the Insurance Policy section.

Once the claim has been successfully processed, we'll provide a shipping label to return your order to our warehouse (if necessary) and provide you with one of the following options: (1) Refund the amount paid for the order or (2) Ship out a replacement order.
Refund in the event of ordering a product over the stated product limit
If you purchase a quantity of a product that exceeds the specified limit, your order may be automatically refunded. You will receive an email notification about the refund, and you are responsible for complying with the set limits for certain products. Exceeding these limits may result in the entire order being refunded.
We retain the right to adjust the quantities of products ordered on a case-by-case basis, with notifications sent for any changes. This applies to various situations, including but not limited to "Buyouts" and the sale of high-demand products.
FINAL SALE during major sales events or before a new set's release
Please be aware that orders made during major sales events such as Black Friday, Cyber Monday, Holiday Sale, and Boxing Day, as well as individual purchases within the first 7 days of a new set's release, are considered FINAL SALE.
