Pre-Order & Back-Order Policy

When you order a Pre-Order or Back-Order item on LaiLai's Cards, all items in the cart will be shipped together when the Pre-Order or Back-Order item is ready, typically within 2 business days of the anticipated release date. During peak sales months: June, July, November, and December, items will take 3 business days to ship out from our warehouse.

If you want non-pre-order or back-order items shipped immediately, place them in a separate cart and check out separately. Partial fulfillment or cancellation of orders is not possible. Pre-Order and Back-Order purchases are charged to your method of payment at the time of purchase.

Cancellations are subject to our standard cancellation policy.
