Pre-Order Policy

When you order a Pre-Order item on LaiLai's Cards, all items in the cart will be shipped together when the Pre-Order item is ready, typically within 48 hours of the anticipated release date.

If you want non-pre-order items shipped immediately, place them in a separate cart and check out separately. Partial fulfillment or cancellation of orders is not possible. Pre-Order and Back-Order purchases are charged to your Card/PayPal at the time of purchase.

Cancellations are subject to our standard cancellation policy.
